Orchid of Siam was established in November 1988. We are registered at Level 3, the highest level, by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner and are full members of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
We have a UK office in Epsom and an associated office in Bangkok. Our UK office deals with sponsors in the UK while the Bangkok office liaises with clients in Thailand. The Bangkok office is owned and managed separately and is not regulated by the OISC, whose jurisdiction covers advisers in the UK.

How our offices work together
We have extensive experience helping Thai nationals come to the UK as tourists, for family visits and settlement, as well as with leave to remain, indefinite leave to remain and British citizenship. We are also qualified as appeal advocates at both the First and Upper Tier Immigration Tribunals.
